Job Summary

Oversee the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) for installation maintenance and repair work, including producing reports, managing dig permits and PWOs, and maintaining the O&M Manual Digital Library. Lead the Work Management team covering asset and data management, serve as the Government point of contact for work requests, coordinate resources, and ensure timely, quality task completion. Maintain work-control documentation, deliverables, suspense files, and training for service order dispatchers.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee GFEBS activities, including providing reports; initiating, processing, and tracking dig permits; initiating PWOs into GFEBS; and updating and maintaining the O&M Manual Digital Library.
•Oversee the Work Management team managing asset management and data management.
•Serve as the central point of contact for receipt and disposition of installation work requests and taskings from the Government, coordinating resources for timely completion.
•Provide prioritization of service orders and work orders, and maintain responsibility for employees assigned to work order data input.
•Coordinate with IT for data retrieval for Government reports and prepare weekly contract deliverables and suspense files.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,801.31 - 128,899.35 annually

Key Requirements

•Working knowledge of GFEBS with at least three years of practical experience dealing with property and plant, plus 2 additional years of supervisory experience preferred.
•Hands-on experience in building maintenance preferred.
•Minimum high school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
•Completed and mastered GFEBS modules including: PM Master Data Maintainer, Preventive Maintenance Controller, Physical Inventory Maintainer, Material Requirement Planning Maintainer, and Plant Maintenance Order/Reporter/GR capabilities.
•5+ years managing work control processes and systems on a military (preferably Army) installation, including 2+ years overseeing personnel for work reception, processing, tracking, and closeout; Secret clearance required.
