Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervisar al contratista y subcontratistas, velando por el cumplimiento de los requisitos legales en todas las tareas asignadas, verificando la realización de éstas conforme a procedimientos establecidos y normativa.
  • •Supervisar al contratista y subcontratistas, para que todo el personal del contratista, subcontratistas y proveedores cumplan con los estándares de calidad y SHE establecidos en los planes respectivos.
  • •Supervisar al contratista y subcontratistas en la aplicación y ejecución de los procedimientos de trabajos de campo, ejecución de ensayos de campo, sondeos, calicatas y recuperación de las muestras, según procedimientos y planes aprobados.
  • •Supervisar los avances y alertar de cualquier desviación o potencial desviación a los rendimientos planificados para la semana según el programa de trabajos.
  • •Supervisar técnicamente el transporte y la ejecución de los ensayos de laboratorio.

Key Requirements

  • •Civil engineering degree (bachelor) with +2 years of relevant experience or demonstrated education/experience equivalency
  • •Preference for Civil Engineering with geotechnical, geological, environmental orientation
  • •Professional experience in supervising geotechnical field campaigns and laboratory work (~5 years) and at least 2 years in geotechnical studies or consultancy
  • •Knowledge of NSPT, calicatas, piezometer installation and readings, field vane tests, and laboratory tests for index and mechanical properties
  • •Knowledge of geotechnical standards and ISO 45001, 14001 and 9001 basics; driving license class A2; intermediate English
