Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform independent control testing (test of design and effectiveness) across control tiers using a risk-based approach, including issue management lifecycle and RCSA/PRSA/regulatory/internal standards testing.
  • •Develop and execute control monitoring supplemental to BU testing using key control indicators and key risk indicators.
  • •Generate actionable risk insights from monitoring, control testing outcomes, incidents, customer impacts, and operational trends to influence business decisions and improve outcomes.
  • •Support risk identification and assessment across business and technology processes, including RCSA execution.
  • •Drive continuous improvement and transformation in control management through automation, data analytics, dashboards, and AI/GenAI-enabled solutions; communicate risk insights to senior leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in control testing or operational/technology/IT risk in financial services or regulated environments.
  • •Connect risk management activities to measurable business outcomes, including operational risk reduction, resilience improvements, governance strengthening, or better customer outcomes.
  • •Influence business and technology stakeholders using risk insights, control recommendations, or governance decisions.
  • •Lead or contribute to transformation initiatives that improve operating models, simplify control environments, enhance monitoring, and strengthen governance frameworks.
  • •Experience with GRC tools (e.g., Archer, ServiceNow, OpenPages, MetricStream) and strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
