Job Summary

Own solution requirements and plans for TechOps initiatives, troubleshooting current and future states and driving value through quarterly packages of work. Define scalable, integrated solution designs aligned with enterprise standards and support site-based deployments. Resolve technical and integration issues, guide delivery teams (including data scientists, engineers, and digital specialists), and partner with domain integrators and business partners to shape initiative scope, KPIs, and value hypotheses.

•Capture statement of requirements for initiatives and troubleshoot current and future states.

•Ensure solution designs are scalable, integrated, and aligned with enterprise standards.
•Guide delivery teams and provide technical direction, design clarification, and quality oversight throughout delivery.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mining/ Minerals Engineering or Computer Science and/or Data Science.
•5–10 years of experience in technical, analytics, or technology delivery roles.
•Proven experience owning solution design and guiding delivery teams.
•Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
•Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Experience:5-10 years

Education:Master's in Mining or Minerals Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical Electrical or Industrial) OR Computer Science and/or Data Science
