Key Responsibilities

  • •Redesign end-of-life parts in NI RF test measurement products to extend product lifespan and maintain revenue.
  • •Re-design circuitry across low-frequency analogue, power supply, RF and microwave, including discrete and IC-based topologies.
  • •Integrate DFM inputs from manufacturing to improve product yield and quality.
  • •Perform failure analysis to root-cause early VnV and manufacturing build issues, and create debug tools and training materials.
  • •Deploy redesign projects into Penang T&M manufacturing to meet customer demand by release date, including providing training and debug guides for MFG techs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s in Engineering (or related) degree in Electronics or Telecommunications.
  • •1–2 years of work experience in a related field (fresh graduates/entry level welcome).
  • •Analogue design experience in test and measurement products is an advantage.
  • •Ability to travel to Austin for training and project discussions with R&D.
  • •Experience with failure analysis/root cause analysis and hand-on problem solving is preferred.
