Key Responsibilities

  • •Maximise utilization of operational resources (manpower, equipment, facilities) by independently creating and executing dynamic allocation plans aligned to business needs and real-time demand.
  • •Perform allocation in three phases: pre-planning 24–7 hours in advance, shift allocation based on resource availability, and real-time allocation while monitoring task progress and adapting to delays.
  • •Improve operational efficiency using decision support systems (RMS/RTC/MACS/OPERA and related IT systems) to create, communicate, and execute the most effective resource allocation plan.
  • •Advise the operational shift in-charge on dynamic changes (e.g., staff sickness/absence), recommend replacement or over-time needs, and update administration for staff non-attendance.
  • •Coordinate with resource planning and IT to ensure decision support systems are configured to operational needs, provide continual feedback on allocation effectiveness, and support team handovers and outage coverage.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed 12 years of schooling or equivalent.
  • •5+ years of experience in airport operations, cargo, warehouse, ground handling, logistics, or a similar operational environment.
  • •SkyChain / ASRS experience.
  • •At least 2 years in a supervisory role in a ground handling airline industry.
  • •Advanced computer skills and familiarity with specialist systems such as RMS, RTC, MACS and/or OPERA.
