Customer Sales & Service Rep I – Bilingual Preferred (English/Spanish)

Provide exceptional bilingual customer service to commercial and residential customers in the green industry. Assist customers in person, by phone, and via online ordering, while building strong customer relationships and identifying opportunities to grow sales. Prepare inventory orders for customer pickup or delivery, help with merchandising and inventory management, and partner with branch leadership to adopt new technologies and improve business performance while maintaining a safe work environment.
