Key Requirements

  • •Ph.D. with 4+ years semiconductor industry experience OR Masters with 6+ years semiconductor process and yield engineering experience in a STEM field (e.g., materials science, chemical/mechanical/electrical engineering, chemistry, physics).
  • •Semiconductor processing/fabrication experience (e.g., lithography, etch, CMP, thin films, plating).
  • •Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Design of Experiments (DOE) experience, including data analysis using JMP/JSL and Python.
  • •Ability to design, execute, and analyze experiments to meet engineering specifications for process.
  • •Experience in semiconductor defect/yield analysis and process improvement methodologies, including failure analysis and quality/reliability risk assessments.
