Job Summary

Maintain and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on company-owned rental and customer equipment and aerial lifts. Use technology to create and monitor work orders, track service intervals, order parts, and diagnose issues using data across equipment makes and models. Work onsite in Abilene, TX on a Monday–Friday schedule with overtime and on-call scheduling, plus OEM training and safety-focused practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Create, assign, and monitor work orders; track machine service intervals and order parts.
•Diagnose equipment issues by pulling data from hundreds of makes and models and determine root causes and corrective actions.
•Perform maintenance and repairs on complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems using independent judgment.
•Maintain complete and timely paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed on a daily basis.
•Assist with training lower level technicians and with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts.
