  • •Conduct talent screenings, assessments, and reference checks to ensure candidate fit and quality.
  • •Coordinate job advertising and posting efforts internally, externally, and with third-party recruiting agencies.
  • •Build and maintain talent pools and communities using internet mining and database management.
  • •Provide guidance, coaching, and training to junior teammates and partner with leaders to enhance talent strategy and future talent planning.
