Key Responsibilities

  • •Imprimir órdenes y etiquetas, recoger y empaquetar productos con el POSM correspondiente, registrar órdenes en OMS y asegurar la recolección por el mensajero.
  • •Realizar selección y conferencia de pedidos para garantizar el cumplimiento del flujo Pick Pack Ship.
  • •Gestionar inventario: recepción y procesamiento de pedidos por categorías, verificación de discrepancias, organización en almacén y reabastecimiento.
  • •Ejecutar conteos físicos (parciales y general) y ajustar el stock disponible en CPOS cuando sea necesario para mantener niveles precisos.
  • •Gestionar POSM y devoluciones: recibir y verificar devoluciones, procesar devoluciones y escalar discrepancias que incumplan la política.

Key Requirements

  • •Más de 1 año de experiencia en operaciones de almacén o cumplimiento (Fulfillment), con ventaja si es en sector de lujo o joyería.
  • •Fuerte atención al detalle y sentido de responsabilidad para asegurar inventarios precisos.
  • •Excelentes habilidades de trabajo en equipo y comunicación, confiable y orientado a soluciones.
  • •Flexibilidad para trabajar en turnos (temprano/tarde), fines de semana o en períodos de mayor actividad.
  • •Conocimientos básicos de sistemas de inventario o dispositivos de escaneo.
