Senior Associate

Drive executive search work end-to-end by building position specifications and search strategies, researching industries and executive talent landscapes, and supporting business development materials. Conduct in-depth candidate interviews, write assessments, manage candidate relationships throughout the search lifecycle, and present qualified candidates to clients. Partner closely with Search Partners and Principals, contribute to client relationship management, and maintain high-quality, accurate search information and reports.
