Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the truck under the loading hopper to receive sand, gravel, concrete, and water, and start the mixer.
  • •Transport and deliver concrete to job sites for unloading and placement.
  • •Move levers to release ready mixed concrete down the truck chute into conveying containers or directly into pour areas.
  • •Clean and spray the truck after delivery to prevent concrete from hardening and adhering.
  • •Inspect truck equipment and supplies, maintain paperwork, and drive safely while following DOT rules and safety procedures.
