Job Summary

Oversee the design, implementation, and management of Atlassian Jira/Jira Service Management and ServiceNow platforms, with a focus on system integration and CMDB governance. Serve as the technical owner, build roadmap integrations between SNOW, Jira, and CMDB using APIs and automation tools, ensure data integrity for incidents/changes/assets, lead platform upgrades and tuning, and partner with Engineering, IT Ops, Compliance, and Enterprise Systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the technical owner for Atlassian Jira, Jira Service Management, and ServiceNow platforms.
•Design and implement the integration roadmap between SNOW, Jira, and CMDB using APIs, webhooks, and tools such as MuleSoft and Workato.
•Ensure data consistency and integrity across platforms for incidents, changes, and asset inventory (CMDB).
•Define best practices for workflow automation, issue templates, permissions, escalation paths, and custom fields in Jira and SNOW.
•Lead platform upgrades, configuration audits, patching, performance tuning, and coordinate security, audit trails, and user access controls with InfoSec.

Key Requirements

•10+ years in enterprise systems engineering with hands-on ownership of Jira and ServiceNow platforms.
•Experience designing integrations between Jira–ServiceNow and ServiceNow–CMDB.
•Strong understanding of ITIL and service management workflows (incident/change/problem).
•Deep technical skills with scripting (JavaScript, PowerShell), REST APIs, and integration platforms.
•Experience working with Agile/DevOps teams and enterprise tooling ecosystems.
