Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the lead functional analyst for Oracle Fusion Cost Management and Receipt Accounting, managing cost books, valuation methods, and accounting rules.
  • •Reconcile variances between Receipt Accounting sub-ledger and the General Ledger, ensuring RBNI reports are accurate and automated.
  • •Troubleshoot stuck transactions, costing errors, and interface failures between CorpOS (ERP) and ArsenalOS (manufacturing/execution systems and WMS).
  • •Define and maintain cost elements, overhead allocation rules, and cost components to ensure correct COGS and inventory valuation.
  • •Configure systems for DCAA and GAAP compliance, and evaluate quarterly Oracle Fusion updates with regression testing before production.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years designing, developing, and implementing Oracle Cloud Fusion solutions in manufacturing environments, preferably Aerospace & Defense.
  • •Deep transactional accounting knowledge including receipt accruals, landed cost management (LCM), and work-in-process (WIP) costing.
  • •Ability to write SQL queries and use OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) for financial reconciliation and reporting.
  • •Familiarity with government contracting accounting (CAS, FAR, DCAA) and how ERP settings must reflect those requirements.
  • •U.S. Citizen or Greencard Holder status is required for access to export-controlled data.
