Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage deal setup and maintain trackers for second-run licensing deals.
  • •Prepare and send contract amendments for review and signature; execute finalized deals and communicate terms to internal teams.
  • •Lead cross-functional alignment for title launches and own title tracking, including launch scheduling and asset delivery.
  • •Conduct rights checks, onboard content partners into internal systems, and support internal newsletters with title clearance.
  • •Maintain production tracker updates (status grids, weekly read/watch logs, cuts status, and post-production schedules) and coordinate key team meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5+ years of experience in content licensing, production coordination, or a related entertainment industry role.
  • •Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across simultaneous workstreams.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with Legal, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Content.
  • •Experience with deal and rights management and comfort handling confidential information.
  • •Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office; familiarity with production pipeline tools is a plus.
