Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct airport pickups and provide warm receptions to newly arrived immigrant households.
  • •Coordinate permanent housing placements, including home setups and basic needs provisioning.
  • •Assist clients with Social Security, state identification, and eligible mainstream public benefits applications.
  • •Schedule refugee health assessments with local health departments and facilitate school enrollment and orientation.
  • •Provide high-touch case management, including intake assessments, referrals, self-sufficiency plans, documentation, file tracking, and compliance/outcome reporting.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 21 - 22 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Social Work, Public Health, or similar field.
  • •Experience in case management, health education, or related fields; experience with refugee or vulnerable populations preferred.
  • •Fluency in English required; bilingual in a second language is preferred.
  • •Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize effectively.
  • •Valid drivers license, access to a reliable vehicle, and ability to pass MVR standards.
