Key Responsibilities

•Lead the optimization of supermarket operations where service depends on partner shoppers, ensuring standardized regional processes are implemented and adopted.
•Articulate working sessions and negotiations with partner retailers to coordinate operational improvements in order preparation and service quality.
•Analyze operational and performance data using SQL and BI tools to identify deviations, diagnose root causes, and translate them into executable action plans.
•Act as the integrator of the regional supermarket strategy, connecting various operational areas, workforce management, and local teams to unify learning across the business.
•Coordinate with product teams to translate day-to-day store needs into clear technical requirements, driving adoption of tech improvements across 15 LATAM countries.

Key Requirements

•University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Behavioral Sciences or related fields
•Solid professional experience in operations, process improvement, performance management or operational consulting in high-complexity environments
•Experience working with business models or ecosystems that rely on third-party execution (external operators, suppliers or franchises)
•Fluent and autonomous in SQL for data extraction and processing (Python knowledge valued)
•Advanced English for direct technical interactions and meetings with global teams
