Job Summary

Act as the People Partner bridge between central Centers of Excellence and business units, translating global people strategies into local execution. Drive operational people programs, facilitate change, and coach line managers through employee lifecycle workflows. Use workforce dashboards and engagement metrics (eNPS, retention, workload) to surface actionable insights. Execute attraction, collaboration, diversity and inclusion, and overall workplace engagement initiatives.

•Partner with functional business teams and central COEs to implement people programs, support processes, and localized tools.
•Serve as the hands-on change champion for a designated business unit, executing communication plans and driving adoption of central initiatives.
•Coach line managers through employee lifecycle workflows including 1:1s, performance evaluations, underperformance management, and structural baseline updates.
•Review workforce dashboards to monitor local metrics (retention trends, eNPS, workload factors) and flag actionable insights.
•Support unit leads in executing action plans to drive attraction, collaboration, diversity and inclusion, and workplace engagement.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of HR generalist or consulting experience, including 2–3 years operating in a People Partner/HRBP capacity.
•Profound knowledge of core HR practices and full employee lifecycle workflows (onboarding, performance, total rewards, offboarding).
•Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management experience, from manager to director level.
•Strong analytical and tactical skills to translate business goals into structured HR deliverables.
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Design, Business Management, or an equivalent field.
