Key Responsibilities

•Own and advance Rogo's security, governance, and trust product as a first-class part of the platform.
•Give administrators and security leaders clear visibility and control over how AI is used across their organization.
•Partner with customers' security teams, internal security and engineering teams, and third-party auditors to translate requirements into product.
•Make it simple for the most demanding institutions to adopt AI with confidence and meet governance and compliance obligations.
•Prototype and build to determine what is worth shipping, collaborating with design and engineering to bring it to life and unblock the team continuously.

Key Requirements

•Strong product management experience, with a track record shipping polished, design-forward software in a high-growth startup or best-in-class product company.
•Excellent product sense and visual taste with IA instincts and collaboration with design.
•Deep intuition for LLMs and hands-on experience building with AI.
•Technical foundation; ability to prototype and build with engineers; CS/math/engineering background preferred.
•Finance experience is a plus but not required; strong generalist product crafters welcome.
