Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and advance Rogo's security, governance, and trust product as a first-class part of the platform.
  • •Give administrators and security leaders clear visibility and control over how AI is used across their organization.
  • •Partner with customers' security teams, internal security and engineering teams, and third-party auditors to translate requirements into product.
  • •Make it simple for the most demanding institutions to adopt AI with confidence and meet governance and compliance obligations.
  • •Prototype and build to determine what is worth shipping, collaborating with design and engineering to bring it to life and unblock the team continuously.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong product management experience, with a track record shipping polished, design-forward software in a high-growth startup or best-in-class product company.
  • •Excellent product sense and visual taste with IA instincts and collaboration with design.
  • •Deep intuition for LLMs and hands-on experience building with AI.
  • •Technical foundation; ability to prototype and build with engineers; CS/math/engineering background preferred.
  • •Finance experience is a plus but not required; strong generalist product crafters welcome.
