Key Responsibilities

  • •Generate and implement MOS, programs, and other requirements using SAFe and CCMI techniques.
  • •Support STRAP and annual operating plans (AOP) and help establish these processes.
  • •Oversee portfolios and/or programs focused on PI iterations and sprint stages.
  • •Employ PM tools and development processes including SOW, WBS, BOE management, scope/requirements management, scheduling, and cost management.
  • •Execute on scope, schedule, cost, delivery, and quality; manage portfolio backlog, requirements fulfillment, financials, risk, reporting, communications, and vendor interface.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
  • •5-6 years of software program management experience managing complex projects into a program with demonstrated success.
  • •5-6 years technical product development experience.
  • •4 years managing the development of one or more enterprise-class software development projects.
  • •4 years leading programs using Agile product development processes.
