Lead Program Management Office (PMO) efforts for Honeywell Connected Enterprise engineering operations, defining and executing management operating systems (MOS) and best practices across global sites. Drive strategic planning support (STRAP) and annual operating plans (AOP), oversee portfolios/programs through PI iterations and sprints, and manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk. Collaborate with engineering leaders and stakeholders, use SAFe techniques, and present status to senior audiences.
