Job Summary

Serve as a Workday Success Plans consultant specializing in reporting, advising customers on how to optimize Workday Reporting and Prism Analytics. Build, troubleshoot, and guide customers on complex Workday reports (Composite, Matrix, Advanced), help ingest and blend external operational data with Workday data, and recommend reporting best practices. Deliver customer presentations, review tenants for adoption opportunities, and provide configuration designs and feature deployment support while maintaining Workday certification expertise.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and troubleshoot complex Workday reports including Composite, Matrix, and Advanced reports.
•Guide customers on ingesting, preparing, and blending high volumes of external operational data with core Workday data.
•Advise customers on reporting best practices and maintain subject-matter expertise aligned with the Workday roadmap.
•Deliver customer presentations on using Workday features to achieve business goals, including Accelerator Webinars and Feature Accelerator sessions.
•Review customer tenants for adoption opportunities and perform configuration and business requirements reviews with optimization deliverables.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience with HR and/or Finance systems including Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, and/or JD Edwards.
•1+ years of software consulting experience.
•Experience gathering requirements and building complex reports.
•Hands-on experience with data integration, data modeling, or building data pipelines (ETL processes).
•Workday Certification or ability to certify in at least one: Workday Reporting, Workday Financials, PRISM.
