Key Responsibilities

  • •Inculcate school values through precept and example, including truth, justice, equality of opportunity, human rights, benevolence, and compassion.
  • •Plan and deliver engaging lessons that account for students’ individual learning needs, styles, preferences, and capabilities.
  • •Use excellent subject knowledge, pedagogic and interpersonal skills to enthuse students and enable them to enjoy learning.
  • •Communicate openly and professionally with parents about attainment and progress, maintain confidentiality, and cooperate on fair, consistent disciplinary practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in early childhood or Primary education (or relevant degree) and a recognized teaching qualification/license.
  • •Minimum 2 years’ experience working in recognized school/international school environments (preferred).
  • •Outstanding classroom practitioner with previous successful teaching/lecturing experience.
  • •Experience working with DSIB, OFSTED, or similar school inspection authority.
  • •Excellent communication skills with high standards of professionalism in written and spoken English.
