Key Responsibilities

  • •Locates, audits, and transfers kits or materials as required, including satellite receiving and vendor pick-up/drop-off.
  • •Receives parts, updates inventory records, verifies vendor deliveries, and maintains shortage reports including work order review.
  • •Performs cycle counts to verify and maintain inventory and identifies/processes nonconforming material.
  • •Purges stock of excess and obsolete material and takes action to rework, transfer, or scrap items as directed.
  • •Operates powered industrial vehicles (pallet jack/electric pallet jack/forklift) and regulates/prepares material for cleanroom delivery; trains other Material Coordinators as required.
