Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the International Deal Desk team, including hiring, coaching, and setting how the team partners with Sales, Finance, and Legal.
  • •Own deal strategy for complex, high-risk international deals, advising on pricing, packaging, contract terms, and negotiation strategy, including setting precedent.
  • •Review and approve complex non-standard transactions end-to-end to ensure approvals align with revenue recognition, legal, and operational policy.
  • •Serve as connective tissue across Sales, Legal, Finance, RevOps, and Accounting, resolving disagreements and driving alignment across time zones.
  • •Scale the Quote to Order process by codifying best practices and driving adoption of AI tools and automation across the team.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or a similar deal strategy role in a SaaS/subscription business, including enterprise-scale transactions.
  • •Experience operating autonomously and making independent decisions in an international, remote, or distributed-team context.
  • •Experience designing or evolving deal desk policy, pricing frameworks, or approval processes (not just following them).
  • •Experience partnering with Legal and Finance on non-standard terms and approvals.
  • •Proficiency with Salesforce (CPQ experience strongly preferred) and comfort working with data and complex deal scenarios.
