Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare for each day by ensuring proper supplies and PPE are available for scheduled patient visits.
  • •Use modern technology to access daily schedules and complete charting.
  • •In patients’ homes, connect with patients of all ages, collect relevant information, and prepare specimens comfortably and correctly.
  • •Collect blood samples using expert phlebotomy skills, ensuring proper labeling of specimens.
  • •Coordinate specimen drop-off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24 - 28 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Prior phlebotomist experience and the ability to provide high-quality patient care with professionalism, integrity, accountability, confidentiality, care, and compassion.
  • •Technologically savvy ability to use mobile devices for charting and HIPAA secure messaging apps for care coordination.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and comfortable with minimal supervision.
  • •Reliable transportation and the ability to physically access patient homes, including climbing stairs and carrying up to 20 pounds while walking.
  • •Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, transcript of program graduation, valid driver’s license, and current vehicle insurance.
