Job Summary

Lead growth planning and execution for Diageo’s Vodka & Tequila portfolio across Southeast Asia. Translate consumer insights, pack-price architecture recommendations, and category priorities into high-impact marketing programs. Own end-to-end campaign and activation excellence, coordinate innovation and portfolio launches, and track performance metrics (NSV, ROI, volume, market share) to drive continuous improvement. Partner with Brand/Category Directors, BU Marketing, and Commercial teams across multiple SEA markets.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute growth plans for the Vodka & Tequila portfolio across Southeast Asia.
•Drive brand growth through planning, execution, and monitoring KPIs such as NSV, ROI, volume, market share, and consumer metrics.
•Lead end-to-end campaign and activation implementation across SEA markets, ensuring excellence, consistency, and speed.
•Partner with Commercial and BU Marketing teams to translate strategies into executable plans and align marketing activities with commercial objectives.
•Lead execution of innovation launches and portfolio initiatives, including commercialization coordination and post-campaign learning.

Key Requirements

•8-12 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Brand Management, or Category Management.
•Proven experience managing premium FMCG, Spirits, or Beer brands.
•Experience leading multi-market or regional brand initiatives across Southeast Asia.
•Demonstrated success delivering brand growth, market share gains, and commercial results.
•Experience managing consumer-facing campaigns across digital, experiential, and trade channels.
