Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure guest safety at pools, beaches, and aquatic activity areas by enforcing rules and preventive measures.
  • •Monitor compliance with safety protocols and preventive measures at all times.
  • •Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper arrangement of aquatic area equipment and furnishings.
  • •Periodically inspect buoy ropes, equipment and bathing areas to ensure safety and good condition.
  • •Greet guests, inform them about services and recreational activities, and assist with towels and water as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Lifeguard certification required; CPR and first aid preferred
  • •Experience in guest services, ideally in luxury hospitality
  • •Excellent communication, observation, and problem-solving skills
  • •Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented with a calm demeanor under pressure
  • •Ability to maintain pool/beach area cleanliness and equipment in good condition
