Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) or a certificate of completion from an accredited technical school is required, typically with at least 7 years of HVAC/controls experience.
  • •Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software and proficiency with a handheld computer (e.g., smartphone, iPad).
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent violations (including DUI, hit & run, license suspension, reckless/careless driving) within the past 3 years.
  • •Previous experience with DDC controls systems is preferred.
  • •Technical school or formal training is preferred.
