Specialist, Contract Commercial Support (AMER Shift) - 9-Month Contract

Support the contract management team by entering accurate contract data into CPQ, managing global orders (new, amended, and renewals), and tracking case status through deal creation, fulfillment, and invoicing. Monitor escalations with Sales and other stakeholders, help resolve client questions on products and billing, and maintain strict adherence to CPQ/OTC procedures, SLAs, and audit readiness. Work across S&P Global Energy to improve workflows and document case progress.
