Job Summary

Analyze and improve operational and reporting processes to boost productivity and efficiency within the Operations team. Collect and follow up on incidents related to ICT tools, work with ICT teams on alternative solutions, and identify feature improvements through detailed analysis. •Analyze and improve operational and reporting processes to increase productivity, efficiency, and added value for external stakeholders.
•Collect, report, and follow up on incidents related to ICT tools and processes, and support colleagues in using ICT tools.
•Identify operational needs and improvements, analyze them, and map them in detail.
•Collaborate with ICT teams to turn improvements into specification documents, monitor developments, and test campaigns.
•Prepare user documentation and training inputs, support end users with new features, and participate in post-release evaluations while reporting effectiveness.
