Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze and improve operational and reporting processes to increase productivity, efficiency, and added value for external stakeholders.
  • •Collect, report, and follow up on incidents related to ICT tools and processes, and support colleagues in using ICT tools.
  • •Identify operational needs and improvements, analyze them, and map them in detail.
  • •Collaborate with ICT teams to turn improvements into specification documents, monitor developments, and test campaigns.
  • •Prepare user documentation and training inputs, support end users with new features, and participate in post-release evaluations while reporting effectiveness.

Key Requirements

  • •You have a master’s degree and can participate in day-to-day team activities.
  • •Fluency in Dutch, French, and English (written and spoken).
