Job Function: Software Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Handle internal and external customer issues and concerns.
•Escalate for Level I, II, and III specialists; document interactions in NEX database.
•Conduct technical support data analytics on customer interactions and product data.
•Liaise with product management and senior engineering specialists for problem resolution; participate in product testing and documentation.
•Deliver TAC KPIs; maintain training plans and conduct trainings for internal and external customers.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical/ Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechanic / Computer Science).
•Min 10-12 years of relevant experience in configurations of security products (CCTV & Access control) or 6-8 years in technical support for these products.
•Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management abilities.
•Experience with troubleshooting software or hardware; knowledge of SQL and Microsoft operating systems; familiarity with LAN/WAN networks.
•Ability to type at least 35 words per minute; capability to read and comprehend technical documentation; willingness to travel up to 10%.
