Lead Engineer – Product Design Engineer

Drive the design and development of power converters, inverters, gate drivers, and power control algorithms for industrial variable speed drives used in energy extraction. Define and validate power electronics architectures, develop fault detection/protection schemes, and create advanced control algorithms. Collaborate across engineering and product teams to validate performance, reliability, and manufacturability, and communicate technical recommendations to senior leaders while supporting documentation and product introduction.
