  • •Collaborate with design leaders across regional teams (Europe, APAC, Americas) to bridge global and local needs.
  • •Design user experiences that balance compliance requirements with smooth customer onboarding flows.
  • •Inspire and empower a growing team of designers across Personal Onboarding, Business Onboarding, and future platform partner teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 131,000 - 157,000 annually
