Job Summary

Own the vision for a global onboarding platform that makes KYC onboarding safe, efficient, and scalable across regions. Partner closely with product, engineering, analytics, researchers, and content designers to build reusable design components that support localized onboarding journeys. Tackle complex regulatory requirements while reducing friction for millions of customers, and lead/inspire designers across personal and business onboarding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Set the vision for the Global KYC Onboarding platform and define reusable design components for regional onboarding journeys.
•Partner with product, engineering, analytics, researchers, and content designers to deliver safe, efficient, and scalable onboarding experiences.
•Collaborate with design leaders across regional teams (Europe, APAC, Americas) to bridge global and local needs.
•Design user experiences that balance compliance requirements with smooth customer onboarding flows.
•Inspire and empower a growing team of designers across Personal Onboarding, Business Onboarding, and future platform partner teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 131,000 - 157,000 annually
