Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage the delivery of complex highway, bridge, and other transportation projects for municipal, provincial, federal, and private-sector clients.
•Provide overall project leadership, including scope definition, work planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and governance.
•Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, leading project communications, progress reporting, and issue resolution.
•Coordinate and oversee internal design teams, sub-consultants, and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality, on-time project delivery.
•Lead procurement activities, including preparation and review of proposals, scopes of work, cost estimates, and fee negotiations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 125,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Finance with a minimum of 8 years of total experience in project management.
•Professional certification such as PEng, PMP, or CPA is required.
•Strong ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in-person and virtual environments.
•Experience delivering highway/bridge projects through planning, design and construction phases.
•Demonstrated understanding of governance, financial controls, risk management, and client communications.
