Job Summary

Lead client assessments and deliver tailored project controls and performance solutions for major infrastructure programmes. Manage workshops, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on client sites, deploy established methodologies, and help drive transformation products and business development within Turner & Townsend’s Programme Advisory team.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead in the assessment of client environments, identify challenges, and collaborate to design and deliver a fit-for-purpose solution enabling client benefits.
•Lead the analysis, documentation, and reporting of findings and recommendations across client engagements.
•Lead workshops in virtual and face-to-face settings with client representatives.
•Work within diverse, multi-disciplinary teams representing Turner & Townsend at client sites and remotely.
•Deploy established methodologies, processes, tools, and systems, tailoring them to specific circumstances.

Key Requirements

•Experience in Defence Sector;
•3-5 years in Project Controls with Master’s degree or equivalent desirable;
•Experience on major capital projects/programmes within PMO/controls & performance in infrastructure sectors (defence, nuclear, rail, airport, highways, utilities);
•Familiarity with capability/maturity assessments across capital delivery, PMO, controls & performance or specific function;
•Experience writing/presenting reports and engaging with C-suite/executive client teams; and
•Proficiency with Office 365, Visio, Miro, Slack, Teams, Oracle Primavera, PRISM, Power BI or similar.
