•Manage/lead customer enablement engineers of NVIDIA-Cumulus Linux and take ownership of tasks to drive joint success.
•Develop a deep understanding of the customer’s solutions, architecture, and internal infrastructure to articulate value of NVIDIA platforms, software, and services.
•Act as the feet on the ground for complex support cases, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication for hands-on engagement.
•Collaborate across Product, Program Management, Engineering, Production, and HR to achieve objectives and improve user experiences.
•Guide team members in crafting career development plans and setting achievable goals.

Key Requirements

•B.S. degree or equivalent experience in Engineering/Computer Science/related field.
•10+ years of proven experience in Software Quality Engineering and Customer Engagements.
•5+ years of management experience with a team of 5+ engineers.
•Strong leadership skills and technical expertise in software and hardware systems; ability to collaborate across departments.
•Hands-on experience with Layer2/Layer3 protocols (MLAG, VLAN, STP, OSPF, BGP, EVPN) and test tools (Ixia or Spirent); strong Python or scripting skills; Unix/Linux experience; ability to work across time zones.
