•Oversee the daily operations of the RCA program, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and organizational requirements.
•Partner with the Eligibility Specialist and the Integration Program Manager to develop and implement program procedures and operational workflows.
•Ensure timely and accurate management of RCA cases including payments, compliance verifications, intake, and case closures.
•Assist in monitoring the distribution process of cash assistance to ensure it meets the needs of eligible clients.
•Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate RCA program staff, interns, and volunteers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 56,000 - 58,000 annually
