Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with Technology Development to align manufacturing roadmap requirements as products transition to high-volume manufacturing sites.
  • •Partner with Technology Development and Manufacturing on supplier engagement to ensure resource alignment with strategic objectives.
  • •Collaborate with Manufacturing to improve performance and enable customer qualification as new products are introduced.
  • •Connect with EHSS and Process Hazard Analysis engineers to ensure process safety requirements are met.
  • •Develop sophisticated unit-process and module-level control/road-mapping models and support optimization for peers, including exploring agentic AI workflows into processes.

Key Requirements

  • •PhD/Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • •5-7+ years of experience with trouble shooting, experimental design, and data analysis.
  • •Solid understanding of hardware used for semiconductor processing.
  • •5-7+ years of proven experience in semiconductor manufacturing areas like Etch, Films, or Planarization.
  • •Solid understanding of process control/statistics (including SPC), semiconductor device physics and process integration, plus metrology/defect analysis/probe and test methodologies; experience or interest in agentic AI workflows.
