Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the execution of sell-side and buy-side M&A, equity and debt financings, restructuring and recapitalization, and strategic advisory transactions.
  • •Ability to operate as project / deal team lead, driving the work product and transaction processes.
  • •Build and drive financial operating models and valuation models – discounted cash flow, leveraged buyout, pro forma merger, accretion / dilution, precedent transaction, and comparable companies’ analyses.
  • •Analyze detailed corporate and financial information. Conduct due diligence as well as industry and product
  • •Prepare and participate in the delivery of client presentations; oversee pitch books and live deal materials, including offering memoranda and management presentations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 270,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with 6+ years of Investment Banking experience, or MBA degree (or equivalent) with 3+ years of Investment Banking experience; ideally in the Medical Technology sector.
  • •Detail-oriented with exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • •Strong leadership skills with the proven ability to manage a variety of transactions and projects simultaneously.
  • •Resourceful self-starter; able to work autonomously and a team player.
  • •Excellent interpersonal skills as well as technical, written and verbal communication skills; currently based in New York, or willing to relocate.
