•Prepare clear briefs, updates, research notes, meeting follow-ups, and action trackers.
•Identify execution gaps and push teams to close them; own urgent cross-department business problems.

•Clear writer and structured thinker with strong follow-through.
•Experience in startups, consulting, operations, strategy, fintech, or founder-led environments.
