Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify resource requirements for business groups, including headcount and costs across vehicles and operating expenses.
  • •Collaborate with production and engineering to define KPIs and analyze performance against productivity targets.
  • •Prepare financial analyses with business unit leaders to support operational decision-making.
  • •Partner with production, supply chain, and accounting to ensure financial obligations are tracked, committed, and reflected in close and reporting.
  • •Manage and develop a team of financial analysts; provide spending variance insights and coordinate capital expenditure tracking and cash forecasts.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •10+ years of experience in finance or operations.
  • •4+ years of experience in a supervisory, lead, or management role.
