Job Summary

Design and implement enterprise-scale container solutions for customers as an OpenShift Senior Consultant. You’ll architect and deploy OpenShift environments, advise client teams on cloud-native transformation, and drive DevOps/GitOps adoption. Lead complex consulting engagements end-to-end, build CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows, provide technical leadership for OpenShift upgrades and troubleshooting, and create clear technical documentation for both technical and executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead complex Red Hat Consulting engagements across the full project lifecycle, from design and architecture through implementation.
•Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor for Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) at the client site.
•Design and implement OpenShift solutions integrating with customers’ infrastructure (networking, storage, security, and identity management).
•Mentor customer teams on containerisation, application deployment, and OpenShift administration best practices.
•Develop CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows, and provide hands-on support for OpenShift upgrades, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

Key Requirements

•Extensive experience as a senior consultant or architect focused on cloud-native and container technologies.
•Hands-on expertise with Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP), including installation, configuration, and day-2 operations.
•Advanced Kubernetes knowledge (pods, services, deployments, operators) and designing solutions for high availability, scalability, and security.
•Experience with DevOps and GitOps practices and tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, ArgoCD, and Tekton.
•Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration is highly desirable; must be an Australian citizen.
