Key Responsibilities

•Build and run automation-first QA strategy across a 1-week cadence as platform surface area grows.
•Own contract/API test suite and ensure gating production releases.
•Set automation patterns and raise future QA engineers through hands-on player-coach leadership.
•Maintain fast-turnaround regression suites aligned to weekly code deploys, including rapid detection and reporting.
•Deliver load/stress coverage for latency budgets and run failure-injection/chaos-style validation to confirm graceful degradation.

Key Requirements

•8+ years QA/SDET experience building test automation foundations for fast-shipping products.
•Lead quality engineering with a player-coach approach, including framework design, automation architecture, and team leadership responsibilities.
•Strong issue isolation and root-cause debugging skills to narrow failures to service, commit, and event with data-rich bug reports.
•Expertise in regression discipline and load/stress/soak testing for high-throughput, low-latency systems.
•Experience testing event-driven systems, including WebSocket flows and browser extensions, plus a chaos/failure-injection mindset; AI output testing is a plus.
