Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement change management processes to ensure smooth updates and transitions.
  • •Identify and drive process improvements for Retail Energy effectiveness and efficiency.
  • •Integrate and manage data from multiple systems, including SAP, Salesforce, and external sources.
