Job Summary

Manage the plant quality assurance function, ensuring safe operations and a compliant, effective quality system. Lead and coach a team of quality professionals while driving continuous improvement and moving quality from reactive to preventive. Oversee SQF program maintenance, implement quality tools and strategies (APQP/PPAP, FMEA, SPC, DMAIC, Lean), manage RCA and CAPA to improve first pass yield, and coordinate internal/external audits.

•Manage the plant quality assurance function and comply with established safety practices, policies, and procedures.
•Maintain the Safe Quality Food (SQF) program and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
•Plan, develop, apply, and maintain quality systems to meet customer, internal business, and regulatory requirements.
•Lead and manage quality assurance professionals; drive quality root cause analysis and data-driven problem-solving.
•Manage RCA and CAPA to reduce customer complaints, scrap, and inspection costs; coordinate internal and external audits.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 102,240 - 115,020 annually

•5+ years of job-related experience.
