Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee daily training workflow and supervise the branch’s formal training program.
  • •Train, evaluate, and document production personnel progress, and report evaluations to the Install Manager.
  • •Supervise showers and walk-in bath installations from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, and compliance.
  • •Review project plans, drawings, and job surveys; verify materials and analyze job sites before installation.
  • •Troubleshoot installation and operational issues, write reports on problems/actions taken, and communicate professionally with customers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 35 - 40 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •OSHA 10 certification.
  • •3+ years of management/training experience.
  • •7+ years of technical and trade experience in home improvement construction/installation.
  • •Must be able to pass a background check and complete a drug screen.
  • •Valid driver’s license; high school diploma or GED (trade and training experience may substitute).
