Key Responsibilities

  • •Coach and assume responsibility for the efficient, accurate performance of teller functions in an in-person branch setting.
  • •Act as a resource to identify and resolve more complex client servicing issues.
  • •Lead day-to-day teller line duties including teller scheduling, observing, coaching, and overseeing operational standards.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities and transition clients to a banker for deeper financial wellness conversations.
  • •Follow compliance, audit, and security procedures, including balancing cash drawers and supporting onboarding/training for new tellers.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
  • •3+ years demonstrated superior client relationship skills (required).
  • •3+ years experienced in cash handling (required).
  • •Working knowledge of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator (required).
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork (required).
