Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic HR business partnering support to designated XLT members and lead business partners supporting their functions and leadership teams.
  • •Deliver business partner guidance to the Managing Director of North America on regional issues impacting North America, focusing on the U.S. and Canada.
  • •Partner across PX/HR Partnering peers to align on “one team” HR partnering objectives and ensure consistent people programs with the global people strategy.
  • •Collaborate with PX Center of Excellence teams (OD, Remuneration, Workplace) to evolve and deliver the PX transformation across global locations.
  • •Advise on complex, sensitive, and/or high-risk employee relations issues and maintain in-depth knowledge of employment legislation to ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated experience leading teams and providing HR generalist expertise in fast-paced, high-performing organizations.
  • •Deep understanding of multiple HR disciplines, including remuneration practices, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and relevant employment legislation.
  • •Experience developing and leading people-related strategies and plans to achieve business outcomes.
  • •Experience coaching senior executive stakeholders on complex people issues.
  • •Degree or post-graduate education, or equivalent work experience.
