Key Responsibilities

  • •Envision, prototype, and deliver comprehensive software solutions for in-field users across government, public safety, and enterprise sectors.
  • •Plan, conduct, and synthesize user research and usability testing to uncover insights and validate design decisions.
  • •Create pixel-perfect UI designs and contribute to, maintain, and build components within the global design system.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong portfolio demonstrating hands-on UX research planning, execution, and translation into actionable design strategies.
  • •Experience using AI tools (e.g., LLMs, AI-driven synthesis, wireframing, or prototyping tools) to streamline the research-to-delivery lifecycle.
  • •Advanced visual/UI design skills, including building, scaling, and maintaining component libraries and design systems (e.g., Figma).
  • •Proven track record designing and launching AI-powered products or features (e.g., predictive UI, smart recommendation engines, NLP search).
  • •Ability to present complex ideas clearly to cross-functional stakeholders and developers, with experience designing for mobile and web applications.
